1. Overview
At B2B ShiftHQ, we are committed to delivering high-quality Go-to-Market strategy and system-building services. We understand that circumstances may change, and this policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, or cancellations may be processed.
2. Free Discovery Call
The 30-minute Discovery Call is provided at no charge. You may reschedule or cancel at any time through the Calendly link with no penalty.
3. GTM Strategy Tier (≈$299 / ₹25,000)
Before Work Begins
If you cancel before the strategy engagement has officially started (i.e., before the kickoff call), you are eligible for a full refund (100%).
After Work Begins
Once the kickoff call has been conducted and work has commenced:
- Within 48 hours of kickoff: 75% refund
- After the first deliverable is shared: No refund, as the core intellectual work has been delivered
4. GTM System Build Tier (≈$599 / ₹50,000)
Before Work Begins
Full refund (100%) if cancelled before the engagement kickoff.
After Work Begins
- Within 48 hours of kickoff: 75% refund
- After strategy deliverable is shared: 50% refund (strategy portion is non-refundable)
- After systems are built and delivered: No refund
5. Fractional GTM Expert (Custom Pricing)
Custom engagements follow the terms outlined in the individual service agreement. Generally:
- Either party may terminate with 14 days' written notice
- You will be billed only for work completed up to the termination date
- Any prepaid amounts for undelivered work will be refunded pro-rata
6. Rescheduling
You may reschedule any booked call or session at least 24 hours in advance at no additional cost. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may count as a used session.
7. How to Request a Refund

Include your name, service purchased, date of purchase, and reason for cancellation. We aim to process all refund requests within 7–10 business days.
8. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary (typically 5-10 business days after approval).

If you are unsatisfied with our services, we encourage you to reach out to us first. We are committed to finding a fair resolution before any formal dispute process.
