3. Payment Terms
Payments are due before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments in USD and INR. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Intellectual Property
All strategies, documents, frameworks, and systems delivered to you are for your use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share our proprietary methodologies without written consent.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business details, strategies, or data to any third party without your prior written consent, except as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our services are advisory in nature. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue targets, or customer acquisition numbers. Results depend on many factors including market conditions, product quality, and execution.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, you will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
